About the Source:
The raw material of Kenshin’s Yomogi Bath are grown in a mountain village in Japan.
The supplier of our mugwort is a non-profit organization, they employ disabled workers to grow the herb and manufacture their products. Their main missions are to support the disabled community with employment and obtain skills to enrich their future. They pride themselves in being in the business of agriculture, and only farm on leased uncultivated land.
Production of Yomogi Bath:
The mugwort is usually harvested in June through August. Dead leaves and weeds are removed, and the herb is cut down, and dried, then crushed into cotton-like material.
The herb is then weighed and hand packed into each non-woven pouch.
