The natural red color comes from Zi Gen (lithospermum) making it easy to see. It is also slightly sticky for moxa to adhere to.

Shiunko Cream can also be used to calm the effects of eczema, psoriasis, burns, diaper rash, dry itchy skin, bleeding hemorrhoids, and any red itchy skin conditions.
