  1. Set-up an online account first.
  2. Fax (310-212-3299) or Email (sales@kenshin.com) your business or practitioner license, student id, and/or resale number, along with your Username from the online account you just setup.
  3. We will convert your online account to wholesale once we have received your fax/email information, usually within a few hours.
  4. Wholesale pricing will be visible on your next login online.
