How does it work? Katsu Herbal Garlic Complex uses all the potency of fresh garlic and combines it with the gentle, herbal digestive properties of coix pearl barley. The Vitamin B complex from rice germ and natural mucopolysaccharides derived from shark cartilage coat the fresh garlic extract. The result is a total garlic complex which you will find to be strong, yet gentle. It is completely odorless, non-irritating, and easy to digest.

Special notes about the product : The processing is a multi-step extraction with stabilization of allicin by thiamine-rich rice germ extract. The concentration factor is especially high: 17:1, as compared to about 3:1 for most other processes. It comes in very small tablets. The original garlic product used for years in Japan has been reformulated to make Katsu Garlic by combining with an extract of coix, a popular health product considered beneficial to digestion and maybe helpful in relieving arthritis. The new formula also contains substantial amounts of vitamins B2 and B6 from rice germ.
